The Role:- Manage the Chairman's business and personal diary.
- Manage and accompany the Chairman on business and personal travel.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and confidential documents with proactive oversight and timely follow-ups.
- Overseeing personal appointments and household-related coordination
- Graduate (any stream) along with a PA/Secretarial certification
- 3-6 years of experience as a PA/EA in family office, C-Suite or similar setting
- Innovative AI-based problem-solving approach
- Excellent communication, coordination and prioritisation skills
