7:30am–3:00pm or 8:30am–4:00pm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to support an Executive Head Teacher at oyur client, a school in East London. This is a temporary role starting as soon as possible and running until 18th December , offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced education-sector PA to join a busy and professional school environment. The successful candidate MUST have:
Previous experience working as a PA within the education sector

Experience with diary management Confidence handling heavy and varied administration The ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Providing high-level PA support to the Executive Head Teacher Managing and coordinating a busy diary Handling a wide range of administrative duties Preparing correspondence, documents and meeting materials Coordinating meetings and appointments If you have previous PA experience specifically within an education setting and are available to start ASAP, we would love to hear from you.
