About the role:
We have previously had business admin apprentices to support with our office. This time, we are looking for someone to help us to help us utilise our data also. This will include:
Analysing patient’s data such as BMI, age etc. and whether this effects their recovery time. You will help the business gain valuable insights from the data that we have collected over the past 5 years Answering the telephone Greeting patients Analysing patient data You will work on bespoke IT systems (arranging appointments and making diary changes) Full training will be given, as well as learning essential data skills.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who is a great team player, able to multitask and take accountability. You must have a professional approach and be trustworthy. We’d love to have someone join the team who is passionate about wellbeing and healthcare. Confident and outgoing Time flexible Punctual Excellent work ethic Driven & willingness to learn Entry requirements: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4 (A-C) in any subject GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3 (D or above) Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme.
In this instance you could still be considered for the programme. If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications. For more information please visit the UK ENIC website. Working week: 37.5 hours a week with the following working pattern:
Tuesday 11:45am - 8:30pm Wednesday 10:45am - 7:30pm Thursday 07:45am - 6pm Friday 07:45am - 6pm One Saturday a month 8am - 2pm Sundays and Mondays off Benefits: 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays Employer pension upon request Free parking/permit available Free level 1 Pilates teacher training 4x day working week Future prospects: 90% of QA apprentices secure permanent employment after completing: this is 20% higher than the national average.
