St Antony's is looking for an Admin & Finance Officer who will be a trusted right-hand to our School Business Manager, helping to ensure our school runs smoothly and that our children benefit from well-managed resources and excellent support.

As an Admin & Finance Officer you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day financial and administrative running of the school. Working closely with the School Business Manager you will:

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the school fund and assist with school-wide financial systems
• Process invoices, oversee income collection (trips, music, lettings, clubs) and ensure timely banking and reconciliation
• Produce invoices and manage billing for a range of contacts (LA, parents, agencies)
• Support ordering, quote processes and supplier liaison in line with school pr
