British Ecological Society is seeking an organised Business Support Assistant to join the People & Operations team in London. You will be the first point of contact for queries, manage emails, book meetings, support leadership travel, take minutes, and help organise Board activities.

The role includes admin for projects and finance, office operations, wellbeing initiatives, and event support. 35-hour week with some flexibility, fixed-term to 31 March 2028, in London with occasional WFH on
