Vendôm is pleased to present an exciting career opportunity for the position of Receptionist (W/M) at Grand Hotel Bellevue London.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Receptionist, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing information and assistance.
You will guarantee the continuity of Front Office operations while carrying out the administrative and accounting procedures.
- Sound understanding of guest reception and customer service principles.
- Proficiency in using hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Good command of Microsoft Office and standard office applications.
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling procedures.
- Familiarity with fire safety and emergency evacuation regulations.
- Fluent English is essential.
- French language skills would be highly appreciated.
- Genuine passion for hospitality and service excellence.
- Professional appearance and excellent presentation.
