  • Supporting compliance activities, including record management, reporting and governance processes.
  • Coordinating archive requests and maintaining associated records and trackers.
  • Assisting with Service Partner performance administration, KPI tracking and communication activities.
What You’ll Bring
  • Experience in property, workplace, facilities management, project coordination or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Confidence using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.

What Success Looks Like

You’ll be known as a trusted and reliable team member who delivers accurate information, keeps processes running smoothly and provides excellent stakeholder support.

Through your work, you’ll help maintain effective governance, support informed decision‑making and contribute to an exceptional workplace experience across Lloyd's.
