This small independent Inbound Tour Operator are seeking an someone experienced with using Tourplan for their Finance and Systems Administrator role. Working 4 days remote and 1 day in the office in central London. Paying up to £35K
Tourplan Finance and Systems Administrator, Responsibilities- Processing and reconciling supplier invoices against Tourplan bookings and vouchers
- Raising sales invoices and allocating payment
- Assisting with month-end procedures
- Maintaining and checking rates to ensure they are accurate and up to date
- Entering and updating products and services
Skills Required:
- Experience with Tourplan within a tour operator environment is essential.
- Previous bookkeeping or account admin experience desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Paying £32K - £35K depending on experience
- Hybrid working 4 days from home and 1 day in the office in central London.
- Working Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30
- 22 days holiday increasing by 1 day each year to a total of 25 day, plus birthdays off.
