Daily Housekeeper required in High Street Kensington – ASAP start
Our client is looking for a Daily Housekeeper to assist with the running of their primary residence, as well as assisting at their other properties in the area from time to time.
Highlights- Start: ASAP
- Location: High Street Kensington, London
- Working Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm, 5 days per week, with 2 days off per week, flexibility required
- Salary: £48,000 gross per annum
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Daily Housekeeper to join a highly organised UHNW private household. The role will involve maintaining the principal residence, a substantial property spanning five floors, alongside assisting at additional apartments nearby from time to time.
The household has an established team, including a Head Housekeeper, chef and nannies, and the successful candidate must be comfortable working independently as well as alongside other staff. The home is exceptionally organised, with established routines that must be followed carefully. The client also has cats.
The role also involves travel with the family to their residence in France for around 3-4 weeks every summer.
Working schedules are set 2 weeks in advance on a rolling basis, with days off changing each week.
Duties included but not limited to:- Maintaining the principal residence to an exceptional standard
- Following established cleaning schedules and household protocols
- Completing deep cleaning as well as a deep clean twice a week alongside the wider housekeeping team
- Managing extensive wardrobes
- Delivering exceptionally high-standard ironing using specialist equipment
- Working independently or collaboratively with other Housekeepers as required
- Assisting with deliveries and granting access to visitors or contractors when needed (overtime working may be required for which you will get additional pay)
- Maintaining the household's high standards of organisation and presentation
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a fully staffed UHNW private household
- Exceptional ironing skills and experience managing extensive wardrobes
- Available to travel to France for several weeks during the summer
