BackgroundThe role provides administrative support for a wide-range of student-facing services and student lifecycle processes within the School, such as extensions, extenuating circumstances, student events, student status letters and transcript requests.
ResponsibilitiesThe post holder supports core administrative processes, maintains student records and contributes to a high-quality, responsive student experience.
Person SpecificationThe Student Administrator is a School-based student facing role which acts as a first point of contact for student and prospective student enquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided and that queries are resolved efficiently.
