This is an opportunity for an office manager / PA to join a leading fashion business.
As PA to the MD, you will be able to manage their diary across different times zones, scheduling meetings and dinners and arranging global travel. Day to day you will also organise lunches, corporate events, and gifting; and arrange and attend internal meetings inclusive of note taking.
The larger office manager part to the role, will mean responsibility for the whole physical office environment and facilities; and as a fashion company, overseeing the company's shipping and logistic DHL account with regards to garment sampling. You will also arrange annual employee events and support with the induction of new starters and company literature, whilst overseeing an assistant to support you in this role.
Well suited to a confident and super organised individual with the ability to multitask and remain calm in fast paced environment, whilst having an excellent understanding of how a non-corporate fashion business works.
