Automotive Sales Controller required in Chiswick
up to £35,000 + OTE of £25,000
Monday to Saturday (rota’d)
Our client, a busy and expanding Automotive dealership is seeking an Automotive Sales Controller to lead their successful team in an genuinely exciting time for the business.
The successful candidate will spearheaded the department that offers a fantastic working environment with a great opportunity for further progression.
You will report directly to the General Manager which will provide opportunities for development, growth and working with a strong Franchise that you will become (if not) already passionate about.
Key Responsibilities /
Skills:
* Achieving and striving to exceed all targets and sales objectives through a well-developed and motivated sales team.
* Working with the senior management team to formulate policies and procedures to achieve maximum profitability from vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessory sales.
* Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers.
* Helping our client to achieve standards of process efficiency and cost control.

You will ideally hold Management experience within a Main Dealer however those with a fantastic Sales background are welcome to apply and would be considered for the role.
