Service Technician / Automotive Mechanic

• Service, repair and improve vehicles using Tesla specific software and advanced tools; perform repairs and maintenance on all types of Tesla vehicles, with or without supervision according to skill level.
• Ensure top quality:
  Fix it right the first time, inspect vehicles diligently before return and pre‑delivery, and uphold the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate:
  Work across local and regional teams, share support and best practices to improve the service experience.
• Develop:
  Receive in‑house training on Tesla technology and electric vehicle repair; self‑manage technical expertise development.

• Technically experienced:
  Professional experience performing vehicle service and repairs in automotive, aviation, marine or similar industries.
• Technically qualified:
  Relevant certification for vehicle repairs is ideal but not required; you will self‑manage your technical expertise development.
• A good communicator:
  You speak and write English well and can get your point clearly and respectfully.
• Safe to drive:
  Full UK driver’s licence required.
• Flexible:
  Willing to work in shifts, including weekends, mornings, evenings, and to travel for mobile repairs when needed.
