Salary: £28,600 + Bonus | OTE: £32,000

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm (No weekends)
An established and reputable car dealership in Colchester is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join their customer-focused aftersales team. The Role - Service Advisor

· Booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing, maintenance, and repairs

· Managing customer interactions from check-in through to vehicle handover

· Ensuring efficient workshop loading to maximise productivity and minimise downtime

· Communicating clearly with technicians regarding work requirements and timescales

· Upselling additional repair work, service plans, and manufacturer/service offers

· Delivering a high standard of customer service in line with dealership expectations

· Accurately updating job cards and service records using the dealership DMS

Skills & Experience Required

· Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a car dealership (essential)

· Strong customer service and communication skills

· Proven experience upselling service work and additional repairs

· Experience using Kerridge / 1

Link / Pinnacle or similar DMS systems

· Full UK manual driving licence

· Well-organised, professional, and confident in a fast-paced environment
