MINI SALES EXPERT Hedin Automotive is looking for an enthusiastic MINI Sales Expert to join its sales team. YOUR ROLE As a MINI Sales Expert youll be at the heart of the customer journey, seamlessly blending online and offline experiences to ensure every customer finds their perfect MINI. From responding to enquiries and welcoming guests to showcasing the latest MINI models and technology, youll guide the customer through every step of the entire sales process—from enquiry and test drive to finance options, accessories, and delivery.
Responsibilities- Provide expert advice across the full range of MINI models, including electric vehicles (EVs).
- Assess customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers with vehicle configuration, financing options, and trade-in valuations.
- Manage the timely and precise processing of sales contracts, vehicle orders, and financing details.
- Ensure every customer enjoys a thorough handover, including a full video walkthrough before collection.
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to close sales
- Enjoy following processes, handling administration, and working under pressure
- Well-organised with excellent diary management and timely follow-ups
- Skilled at building rapport, earning trust, and resolving conflicts calmly
- Enthusiastic about customer service, professional, and well-presented
- Proven Sales experience in the automotive industry preferred

Basic salary of a323,000 with a competitive OTE of a350,000 + Company Car. Working hours are Monday to Friday and every Saturday (with a day off during the week). Closed on Sundays for a better work life balance.
