We are recruiting a Vehicle Diagnostic Technician or Master Technician on behalf of a well-established automotive dealership located in Colindale, North West London. Key Benefits of a Vehicle Diagnostic Technician- Competitive basic salary ranging from 38,000 to 45,000 per annum plus bonus and paid overtime on Saturday mornings (1-in-3 rota), with uncapped OTE exceeding 50,000 for Diagnostic Technicians.
- Basic salary for Master Technicians upwards of 45,000, fully negotiable.

- Effectively liaise with customers and service advisors to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Execute repairs and servicing to high standards, adhering to safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain and enhance technical skills.
- Contribute to process improvements at local and company levels.
- Mentor apprentices and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Level 3 qualified vehicle technician with a full UK driving licence.
- Proven experience in diagnostic procedures and vehicle servicing.
- MOT Tester certification is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Organised with excellent time‑management capabilities.
- Customer‑focused approach, able to explain technical issues clearly.
- Ability to work efficiently within set deadlines as the Vehicle Diagnostic Technician.
- Enthusiastic about delivering high‑quality vehicle repairs and advancing within a reputable dealership.
