Join the Hedin Automotive workshop team as a Vehicle Technician and work with an expert friendly team across the full range of BMW and MINI vehicles. You’ll use cutting‑edge diagnostic tools, manufacturer‑approved technology, and receive bespoke training at the BMW UK Training Academy to continually develop your technical knowledge and skills.

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to BMW/MINI UK standards
• Performing high‑quality vehicle maintenance and repairs following manufacturer guidelines. Ensuring every vehicle is safe, reliable, and performing at its best.
• Conducting thorough inspections of vehicle components to assess wear, damage, or required replacements
• Meeting productivity and quality targets
• Advising on additional repair needs and providing expert technical guidance to customers when required
• Communicating clearly and professionally with customers through video health checks and Cit Nows
• Staying updated on technical information and BMW/MINI innovations
• Road testing vehicles when required

• IMI Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience in a main dealer or reputable service/repair environment (BMW/MINI preferred)
• Strong background in complex repairs and maintenance
• Eligible to work in the UK with a clean UK driving licence (min. 1 year)
