• Competitive basic salary between £46,000 and £48,000, depending on experience
• Potential OTE of up to £56,000 with bonuses and incentives
• Overtime opportunities for increased earnings
• Standard 42.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, with Saturdays on a rota

• Diagnosing and repairing hybrid and electric vehicles to the highest standards
• Using the latest diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately
• Providing technical guidance and support to the service team
• Ensuring all work aligns with manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• Keeping current with developments in EV technology and manufacturer updates
• Contributing to workshop efficiency and maintaining service excellence

• Proven experience as a Hybrid / Electric Vehicle Technician or Master Technician
• Main dealer experience highly desirable
• Certification or sign off for EV work on specific vehicle brands
• Strong diagnostic capabilities and technical knowledge of electric vehicles
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
