Sales & Service Advisor Automotive Industry

We have an excellent opportunity available for an automotive Sales/Service Advisor who has the ability to deliver excellent customer care to join our team at Feltham Tyre Centre.

As a Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding customer service and be the vital link between our customers and the workshop. You will advise customers on work required on their vehicles quoting and seeing a job through from start to finish.

You will also liaise with the workshop about vehicle status and ensure work is completed accurately and communicate any additional work to the customer prior to it being carried out.

Ordering stock for service items and creating work orders for jobs. You will also have the ability to give best advice on our products and services to our customers.

Administration skills are key to ensure paperwork is accurate and completed in good time, to ensure parts ordered are put into stock accurately.

We are looking for individuals that have a willingness to learn and progress and have a genuine desire to deliver outstanding customer care.

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. An interest in the motor trade would be an advantage but not essential.
