We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Service Advisor in Chingford. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Service Advisors seeking to advance their careers within a reputable dealership. Competitive basic salary of £31,500 per annum
On target earnings of up to £44,000 annually
Monday to Friday working week
1 in 4 Saturdays (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM), supplementary earning potential

Duties of the Service Advisor position involve:
Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client needs are met
Managing service bookings and overseeing vehicle repair processes from start to finish
Advising customers on vehicle repairs and maintenance requirements
Writing accurate and detailed job cards
Upselling additional services and products to maximise workshop productivity
Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently
Requirements for the role include:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
Ability to work effectively within a busy dealership environment
