Aftersales Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a highly skilled Aftersales Services Executive to join their dynamic team at a state-of-the-art facility in Brent Cross, North West London. • Competitive basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, dependent on experience
• Monday to Friday work pattern, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
• Alternate Saturdays, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

• Managing client relationships by providing a professional and welcoming experience
• Handling client enquiries via telephone, email, and in person
• Coordinating servicing, maintenance, and repair bookings from initial consultation through to completion
• Providing clients with clear, timely updates on vehicle progress
• Building trusted relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Managing workshop communications, liaising with technicians regarding vehicle requirements
• Preparing and maintaining job cards, estimates, and relevant documentation
• Coordinating parts requirements, tracking parts availability and delivery
• Assisting with warranty administration, including claim submissions and documentation
• Preparing and processing customer and warranty invoices accurately
• Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, vehicle history, and workshop activities
• Supporting the team with operational and administrative functions as required

• Previous experience in automotive aftersales, service coordination, or workshop administration
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and team members
• Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and professional approach
• Automotive credentials or experience with warranty procedures is desirable but not essential
• Familiarity with vehicle workshop processes and parts coordination is advantageous
