This is a very different kind of AUTOMOTIVE AFTERSALES PERFORMANCE analytical role and is more like a performance and intelligence “hub” sitting behind the aftersales operation across four growing automotive brands. Reporting directly to Aftersales Director, your job will be to help them understand how the entire aftersales operation is performing across every area customer satisfaction → warranty → service revenue → parts sales → regional performance → dealer/service performance → actions and improvements, then you will pull together the data , analyse it and find solutions to underperformance .Working
across 4 brands you will get a fantastic view of how an automotive aftersales operation is built and scaled! This is a very broad and varied role.

The roleIn this role you are effectively the “eyes and ears” of the Aftersales Director from a performance perspective. You're looking at what's happening across the network, using the data to identify where things are going well or badly, and then helping make sure the business actually does something about it.
Duties- Pull together performance data from the regional and HQ aftersales teams across the brands.
- Review the main KPIs — customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue and parts sales
- Analyse the story behind the numbers
- Spend time in Excel, dashboards and potentially Power BI, comparing regions and performance periods.
- Highlight trends, risks and improvement opportunities for the Aftersales Director
- Help organise and participate in regular management reviews/workshops.
- Discuss what's happening across aftersales
- Follow up with regional teams on outstanding actions or investigating an operational problem or performance plan
- Reporting :
Update dashboards, check that actions have been completed, prepare management information and give the Aftersales Director a clear picture of what happened, what's improving, what isn't and what needs attention next.
- Automotive experience (dealer group, automotive aftersales business, automotive supplier or vehicle-services organisation or OEM )
- 3 years' relevant experience( this can be in in aftersales operations, data analysis OR business administration)
- Advanced Excel
- Stable cv
- Ideally automotive aftersales KPIs, particularly customer satisfaction, warranty performance, service revenue and parts sales
