From £28,000 per year Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Swift Temps are recruiting for an experienced Aftermarket Sales Advisor to join a busy automotive operation in Warrington. This is a varied role where you'll be responsible for managing the customer journey from vehicle arrival through to completion, working closely with customers, technicians and the wider workshop team to keep repairs moving and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

The Role You'll be responsible for:
Acting as the main point of contact for key fleet customers and vehicle operators Managing vehicles through the repair process from arrival to completion Coordinating with technicians, bodyshop and repair teams to meet agreed SLAs Managing live repair statuses, job cards, parts and costs Using automotive systems such as 1link, Keyloop or Dragon 2000 Reviewing vehicle inspections and preparing accurate repair estimates Obtaining customer authorisation for additional work Monitoring repair costs and supporting the invoicing process Identifying additional mechanical, bodywork, paint, SMART repair or preventative maintenance requirements Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process Ensuring records, estimates and job information are accurate and up to date About You We're looking for someone with:
Previous experience within an automotive dealership, fleet, leasing, bodyshop or vehicle repair environment Hands-on experience using 1link, Keyloop or Dragon 2000 this is essential A good understanding of vehicle repair processes, whether mechanical, bodywork, paint or SMART repair Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines Strong attention to detail, particularly around estimates, costs and data Good communication skills and confidence dealing with customers A commercial mindset and the ability to identify additional work where appropriate The ability to remain organised and professional in a busy, fast-paced workshop environment What's on Offer Salary from £28,000 per year Permanent position Free on-site parking Opportunity to work with major fleet accounts and established automotive partners Training and development within a growing automotive operation Supportive team environment If your application is successful you will receive a call from Swift Temps NW - Deeside Branch on .
