We are working with a reputable automotive client in Colindale, North West London, to recruit a skilled Vehicle Technician. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to join a well-established workshop that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The Vehicle Technician role offers a structured work environment, competitive salary, and clear career development pathways.

• Competitive basic salary from £35,000 to £38,000, with an OTE of up to £50,000
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 28 days in January 2027
• Monday to Friday working hours, with flexible start and finish times
• No weekends, weekends off guaranteed
• Structured 9-hour working day (8am - 5.30pm) with a half-hour lunch break

• Conduct vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs and services to high standards
• Maintain accurate records of all work completed
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and costs
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and industry regulations
• Keep the workshop area clean, safe, and well-organised
• Assist with additional workshop duties as required to ensure smooth operations

• IMI Level 3 qualification preferred;
  Level 2 individuals with relevant experience will also be considered
• Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a busy workshop environment
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence
