AboutThe Role
As a Territory Manager
, you’ll lead the growth of Ria’s money transfer business in your region. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll manage a team, drive sales, and expand our agent network. You’ll be the go‑to person for strategy, coaching, and execution—ensuring your territory meets and exceeds targets while maintaining compliance and operational excellence. You’ll Do
- Lead and Grow:
Manage overall sales activity in your territory, ensuring KPIs and revenue targets are achieved. - Expand the Network:
Recruit new agents and develop existing ones through presentations, demos, and relationship building. - Coach and Mentor:
Support Account Managers and Field Support Specialists with training, planning, and performance reviews. - Drive Strategy:
Prepare forecasts, organize sales blitzes, and participate in marketing campaigns and events. - Collaborate:
Work closely with internal teams (Compliance, Settlement, Credit, Agent Support) to ensure smooth operations. - Stay Ahead:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide insights to shape regional strategies. - Ensure Compliance:
Enforce regulatory standards and due diligence across all sales activities.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, ideally in money transfer or financial services.
- Strong track record in network expansion and relationship management.
- Leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
