We are looking for an experienced Senior Bid Writer to lead the development of high-quality, compliant, and compelling tender submissions within the construction sector.
You will work closely with Bid Managers, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to shape win strategies, develop value propositions, and produce clear, persuasive responses that maximise scoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead writing, editing, and proofing of bid submissions
Analyse client requirements and develop answer plans
Develop win themes, solution narratives, and value-added content
Coordinate reviews, quality assurance, and graphic inputs
Manage deadlines and provide regular progress updates
About You:
Proven senior-level bid writing experience in construction
Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
Technical or engineering background preferred
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
APMP qualification desirable
Proficient in MS Word, Teams, and Share Point
