* About the role:

** Join our Business Development & Marketing (BDM) team to drive the Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure sector strategy. You’ll work closely with Sector Leaders to grow profitable revenue, facilitate cross-selling, and engage clients proactively, informed by sector trends and opportunities.
** Your main responsibilities will include:

** Ideally you will have:
*** Extensive global BD experience in legal or professional services.
* Strong knowledge of Energy & Utilities sector trends and clients.
* BD experience with Private Capital and Institutional Investors (beneficial).
* Proven ability to drive BD and cross-selling using a sector approach.
* Skilled in developing and implementing sector-specific BD strategies and CRM.
* Proficient in data analysis for strategic decision-making.
* Understanding of law firm matrix structures (desirable).
* Comfortable managing complexity and coordinating multiple initiatives.
* Successful collaboration with senior partners and relationship managers.
* Expertise in cross-selling within professional services.
* Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role.
** This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
