What you’ll do- Fuel hyper‑growth and scale: directly enable Upvest’s ambitious hiring goals.
- Elevate talent quality: significantly raise the bar for talent across all departments, focusing on attracting industry experts and innovators who will shape the future of our investment API.
- Champion diversity and inclusion: foster an inclusive environment that brings diverse perspectives to Upvest.
- Protect company culture: act as a gatekeeper of our core values, ensuring every new hire deeply aligns with our mission to ‘make investing as easy as spending money’ while contributing positively to our high‑performance, collaborative, and fun culture.
- Passion about Upvest’s mission to make investing as easy as spending money.
- Proven success over the past 3+ years in developing creative sourcing strategies for very niche roles and negotiating challenging closures in a fast‑paced, high‑quality, high‑growth setting.
- Proficiency in leveraging recruitment analytics and KPIs (e.g., time‑to‑hire, source of hire, pipeline conversion) to identify bottlenecks, forecast hiring needs, communicate progress and challenges, and drive decision making.
- A track record of acting as a true business partner to senior leaders and hiring managers, providing strategic insights, market intelligence, and coaching to drive effective, timely, and unbiased hiring decisions.
- Experience in developing and executing employer branding and events initiatives across channels, crafting compelling Employee Value Propositions (EVP), and effectively turning employees into brand advocates to boost inbound talent attraction.
- In an ideal world you have proven experience and mastery of Ashby for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, interview scheduling, offer generation, reporting and analysis.
