A leading global confectionery company in London is seeking an Innovations/Operations Lead Associate Manager. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional activities for new product development and copacking initiatives across the UK and EU. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in project management and product development within the food or FMCG sectors and will work closely with multiple teams to drive operational solutions.
This position requires flexibility for travel to co-manufacturers in Europe.
