The role will involve leading the bid writing process, developing persuasive content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality proposals that win business and support the company’s mission-driven goals.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end bid writing process for large, complex proposals
Develop clear, compelling, and tailored content that communicates our value proposition
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure cohesive messaging
Ensure all bids meet client requirements, deadlines, and high-quality standards
Support strategic business development initiatives through research and insights
Contribute to the company’s growth and transformation by delivering winning proposals that reflect its social impact mission

Essential

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Bid Writer or Proposal Manager, preferably in SaaS or language services
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
Ability to translate complex ideas into persuasive, client-focused proposals
Passion for social impact and alignment with the company’s mission
