Role: Senior Recruitment Consultant (contract/freelance/interim recruiting)
Experience level: 2 - 5 years;

Earnings: £55K - £70K+ and Equity options*
Location: Remote-first working, with up to two days per month in our London office

This is a true 360 role, combining business development, client engagement, and hands‑on delivery—with a focus on placing contractors into some of the UK's leading clients. With consistent quarter over quarter double digit growth for the past 18 months - we're seeing high demand for our market offering. We want to maintain our high-quality delivery while continuing to expand our client base.

Tasks- Win and grow new client accounts using our structured BD playbook—plus your own commercial creativity—to build a healthy pipeline and close longer-cycle opportunities
- Offer strategic guidence to clients: translate client needs into clear, compelling role profiles across management consultancies and direct client environments
- Own the full contract recruitment lifecycle (Inside & Outside IR35)—from sourcing and outreach through candidate management, client partnering, offer/contracting, and post-placement care
- Help us scale! By collaborating across the team, improving processes, and taking real ownership for outcomes and delivery quality

Strong business development ability/potential:
- Ability to work through structured approaches to win new clients
- Some experience using Hub Spot and other systems in line with best practice
- Experienced Linked In user
- Experience working with longer sales cycles and SaaS environments
- Has an existing starting network (nice to have)
Knowledge of the Management Consulting sector:
- Understands core competencies, sectors, and typical gradings, and can translate client requirements into role profiles
- Comfortable working with both consultancies and direct clients
Knowledge of contract recruitment:
- Experience delivering contract recruitment, including a baseline understanding of contract terms, IR35, day-rate processes, and contractor company setup
- Happy to be hands‑on and do what is required to find solutions for clients
Track record:
- Able to demonstrate results in this space and quantify performance with numbers
- Can show consistency in at least one role - i.e. not switched roles too much

- Demonstrates strong agency and proactivity, while also being open to guidance on internal processes and suggesting improvements
- Intellectually curious
- OTEs £55K - £70K+
- Highly competitive uncapped commission structure
- Potential for equity options after 1 year depending on performance
- Remote-first working, with occasional working our London office as required/desired
