Procurement Consulting Senior Associate German or French language Mandatory

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Senior Associate Procurement Consulting to join our this role you will support strategic sourcing procurement transformation cost optimization and supplier management projects for a variety of clients across industries. You will play a key role in delivering value-driven solutions managing client relationships and supporting procurement best practices that align with organizational goals.

• Support and lead procurement consulting engagements from discovery through implementation.
• Analyze client procurement data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Conduct supplier market research, RFP / RFI development, bid analysis and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to assess procurement processes and design improvement strategies.
• Provide insights on category management spend analysis and supplier performance.
• Assist in the development of procurement policies, procedures and governance models.
• Prepare and deliver high‑impact presentations and reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Support junior consultants and contribute to team knowledge development and capability building.

• Bachelors degree;
  Masters degree or MBA is a plus.
• 36 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain consulting.
• Strong understanding of procurement tools, practices and market trends.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g. Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced client‑facing environment.
• Consulting experience required.
• German or French language a strong preference.
