What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially sharp, highly credible Partnerships Director to build our business development motion from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CCO Abs, you’ll own the strategy and execution of our most important external relationships and turn partnerships into a repeatable, scalable source of revenue.

You’ll be joining us at a pivotal moment in our growth. We’ve seen early success with partner-led growth — particularly through private equity firms recommending Omnea to their portfolio companies — and are now scaling this into a core growth engine. In this role, you’ll build deep, revenue-generating partnerships, primarily with consulting firms and ecosystem partners, to unlock new pipeline, accelerate enterprise sales cycles, and help sellers win more deals.

You’ll own targets and be responsible for creating real commercial impact: developing joint go-to-market strategies, embedding partners into enterprise sales cycles, and building the foundations of a partnerships engine that materially accelerates pipeline, win rates, and deal velocity. You’ll operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, working closely with sales, product, and customer teams while owning outcomes end to end.

What

You Can Expect

This role is highly execution-oriented, with direct ownership over building Omnea’s partnerships motion into a core growth engine:

  • You’ll work closely with our CCO Abs to design and execute Omnea’s partnerships motion from scratch, turning early traction into a scalable, repeatable source of revenue

  • You’ll identify, secure, and activate high-impact partnerships, primarily with consulting firms and technology partners serving the same enterprise buyers

  • You’ll be accountable for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, helping unlock new opportunities and improve win rates across enterprise deals

  • You’ll work hands-on with the Sales team on live deals, positioning partners effectively and driving joint wins, then codifying what works into repeatable playbooks

  • You’ll build deep, trusted relationships with partners, equipping them to confidently recommend Omnea to their customers

About you
  • You have 6–10+ years of experience in high-performance, fast-moving environments, with the majority of your career spent in scaling startup environments (Series A–D)

  • You’ve got a track record of exceptional performance, whether it’s in academia, work, sport, a sales team, or whatever else you’ve put your mind to.

  • You’ve held a quota-carrying role and have a proven track record closing enterprise B2B deals or revenue-generating partnerships; you’re comfortable owning a target

  • You’re deeply commercial and outcome-oriented, able to move from relationship-building to deal execution and measurable impact

  • You have the gravitas and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders across consulting firms, partners, and enterprise customers
