They are looking for a Business Development Lead to work with product and leadership to drive revenue and shape growth strategies.

• Source, structure and close partnerships.
• Use AI daily to scale research, partner outreach, deal structuring and follow-ups.
• Build & maintain business development infrastructures like CRM Hygiene and pipeline reviews.

• 3+ years in business development in DeFi or fintech related.
• Proven track record delivering measurable outcomes.
• Clear communicator & writer & comfortable engaging with DeFi builders.
• Drive cross-functional execution end-to-end.
