** Who you are
*** 5+ years overall, with at least 3 years in HR Business Partnering
* Strong networking and communications skills
* Ability to innovate and think strategically.
* Commercial acumen - numerate, analytical & professional
* Ability to work with senior stakeholders and have experience working with international teams and with people with different cultural backgrounds
* High energy and ability to balance governance with people agenda.
