As we grow, we’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to secure the best deals in the market and help build a world‑class supplier network.

As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll sit at the heart of Prolo’s operation, reporting into the Procurement director to ensure our customers always get the best value.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Finding, negotiating, and securing the best material prices in the market
• Building and maintaining strong, long‑term supplier relationships
• Supporting our AI‑led procurement engine with accurate, high‑quality data
• Processing customer orders via email, text, Whats App, and phone
• Improving procurement workflows as we scale
• Spotting trends and opportunities in pricing, availability, and suppliers
• Helping shape how procurement works at Prolo from the ground up

You’ll have real influence over how our procurement engine evolves and how we deliver value to customers.

• Proven experience in procurement within the construction or building materials sector
• Strong negotiation skills and a commercially sharp mindset
• Ability to evaluate suppliers and identify outstanding value
• Confident using digital tools and modern technology
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑first approach
• Organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple orders and suppliers
