** We are looking for aYou will contribute to and develop sales resources as needed, looking for ways to proactively add value to the Clearwater sales offering. You will work with prospective clients toidentifypain points in their current operating model and fully understand how the Clearwater solution solves problems and adds value to their operations.

The ideal candidate is adept at solving problems andseeksto develop new skills over time.

This creative, self-starting candidate should have the ability to work well with, and gain the respect of both,internalcolleaguesand externalprospectswhileleveragingtechnical knowledge and skills to solve complex problems and create solutions.
** Responsibilities:
** Work with prospective clients to understand their current infrastructure, business requirements,subsequentchallenges and how their operations will be enhanced byutilizingthe Clearwater solution Apply deep domain expertisedemonstrate CWAN’s solution to meet a wide range of insurance investment management requirements for Clearwater's largest clients and be able to talk the language of insurance risk experts to evaluate requirements and

* Required Skills:

** Knowledge in Knowledge of:
Securities or financial markets, especially derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income Ability to concisely convey information through verbal and written communication. Dynamic problem-solving skills, and an innate sense of curiositywith motivation to continually learn and solve problems for our clients. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

* Education and Experience:

** 4+ years’ relevant experience in any of the following:
Asset Management, Insurance, Fin Tech, Investment Accounting, or Investment Operations Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
