Our client is a well-established consultancy firm with a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture and a global network of FTSE 100 clients. The CEO is looking for a self‑motivated and confident EA/Business Manager who has the ability to develop strategic initiatives, liaising with high‑profile corporate companies, to be their right hand.
They are seeking a degree‑educated Executive Assistant to provide first‑class support to the CEO and Founder. This is a broad and dynamic role, involving global diary and travel management, stakeholder coordination, and hands‑on involvement in high‑profile client initiatives.
This position offers a rare opportunity to work closely with the senior leadership team on high‑profile global initiatives, contributing directly to the company’s growth plans. You’ll be part of a collaborative, driven team that values excellence and innovation.
The company offers hybrid working; currently working 3 days in their office in Central London.
Training and Development OpportunitiesThere will be training and development opportunities
, and your additional responsibilities will grow to include:
- Project Management: on behalf of the CEO, to include events, managing prospective client relationships, client onboarding, marketing, and other project administration.
- Database and Market Research: on behalf of the CEO, to include CRM input and tracking and increase effectiveness, business development research.
- Events: support on organisation and management of events and travel/logistics.
- Marketing: social media for the CEO, support marketing and PR opportunities for the CEO. Assist the CEO with pitches and presentations for new business.
- Be degree educated with prior experience supporting a senior executive (CEO, Founder, or Partner) in a fast‑paced environment.
- Have strong global diary and travel management experience, ideally across US and international time zones.
- Possess exceptional communication, organisational, and relationship‑building skills.
- Thrive in a client‑focused, high‑performance culture—experience in consultancy, tech, or professional services is highly advantageous.
- Experience managing email and calendar systems.
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365, social media & AI tools.
- Experience in using Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to create proposals and presentations against briefs given by the team or client.
- Business acumen and understanding of business needs.
- Highly organised with strong time and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise own workload.
- Strong people skills – polite but firm in dealing with colleagues and ‘the public’.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Numerate, with proven ability to work with spreadsheets.
- Due to working with different time zones, the ability to be flexible outside of normal work hours, as needed.
- Ability to travel – The role may involve international travel for client projects and attending events.
