We are seeking a highly efficient and proactive Deal Operations Specialist for a 6‑month contract to provide critical support to the team. This role is essential to maintaining operational momentum, supporting our sales teams, and ensuring the successful execution of high‑value incentive programs for our largest global clients during our peak season.
This position will focus specifically on the operational execution and troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience and proficiency with deal management systems.
- Demonstrable operational knowledge of commercial programs.
- Proven experience in an operational support, deal desk, or program coordination role.
- Strong problem‑solving skills with an ability to work independently to resolve complex operational challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset to effectively support and guide sales teams.
- Ability to onboard quickly and make an immediate impact with minimal ramp‑up time.
