World Leading Energy Company has an exciting opportunity for a Delivery Integration Change & Training Analyst with SAP ECC and S/4 Fiori knowledge in the Finance area.
Contract Period:
Initially 6 months with a strong expectation of further extension.
This is global role and as such the candidate would be expected to work European work hours when not travelling, to cover the different time zones and geographical scope. A very good level of both written and spoken English is required (C1 or C2).
This role will support the Finance Pillar lead for the Project moving 20000 users from the current platform to the S/4 platform. In this project we will be using a Digital Adoption Platform to roll out the training to the users. The role will support as well potentially global/ regional/ local projects within their process area.
Travel:
The role will involve minimal international travel (approximately 10%) due to the virtual nature of the project.
Utilising most effective & appropriate methods of delivery, which is becoming increasingly technical, including AI and digital tools (Articulate 360, Synthesia, Walk Me & another Knowledge Management Tools). Responsible for upskilling and leading digital adoption.
- High-level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures – Essential.
- A good understanding of SAP/ S/4
HANA and Connected Applications (CAPs) within one or more parts of Downstream – Essential - SAP ECC and S/4 Fiori knowledge in the Finance area - Essential
- Process expertise in at least one of the following areas: OTC, FSS, LSC, DIS, MIT, GAME, MI, PGS, HM, PLM, Chemicals & Products – Essential
- Possess an innovative and creative spirit, wanting to make a difference through learning & personal development, with a focus on the end user experience – Advantageous.
- Experience of working effectively within a virtual team – Advantageous
- Personal experience of going through major Organizational, Systems or Processes change – Advantageous
- Experience of training and/or communications development or training delivery – Advantageous
- 5+ years of experience and/or leadership experience
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
