Description

As part of the global Revenue Operations function, you will lead the implementation and optimization of UK revenue processes and systems, driving revenue enablement strategy, execution, and performance. Partnering closely with regional leaders across sales, marketing, finance, and other teams, you will play a crucial role in helping our UK business achieve its ambitious growth aspirations. You will also oversee sales training and enablement programs, using data to continuously improve global revenue team performance in a high-impact, ownership-driven role focused on efficient scaling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Strategy, Planning & Execution — Design and scale revenue operations processes across lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and compensation—continuously refining operational approaches to enable UK growth.
  • Sales Process & Performance Optimization — Analyse and optimise the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle, providing consultative support on discovery, demos, customer engagement, and process improvements to increase productivity and conversion.
  • Revenue Technology, Data & Analytics — Lead the adoption and governance of CRM and enablement technologies, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. Maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting across revenue performance, forecast accuracy, productivity, churn, and operational health, including analytical support for M /Q  and Board presentations.
  • Enablement, Training & Content Development — Build and deliver onboarding and ongoing capability programmes. Identify skill gaps and deploy targeted training. Own sales playbooks, collateral, pitch materials, scripts, competitive insights, and case studies aligned to market and buyer needs.
  • Performance Measurement & Impact Tracking — Monitor the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, process enhancements, and tool implementations—regularly reporting outcomes and refining approaches based on performance and stakeholder feedback.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue enablement, sales operations or related roles, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through enablement programs, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing alignment, sales methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in sales enablement technologies, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales performance management platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in change management and driving adoption of new tools and processes.
