Demand Planner - Consumer Healthcare Brand

I’m working with a well‑established consumer healthcare business that’s home to some of the UK’s most trusted wellness brands, with a strong heritage and a mission to bring natural products to modern consumers. The business operates across global markets and is entering an exciting new phase of transformation and international growth.

They’re looking for a Demand Planner to take full ownership of forecasting across multiple markets, playing a central role in aligning Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams. This is a highly visible role with end‑to‑end responsibility – translating data and insight into action and driving continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and S&OP performance.

The opportunity:
  • Build and manage rolling forecasts across multiple international markets.
  • Analyse sales, marketing, and consumer data to create accurate demand plans.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align plans with business and financial goals.
  • Monitor performance, stock health, and forecast accuracy, driving improvement initiatives.
  • Lead insights during the S&OP process to inform key business decisions.
What they’re looking for:
  • ✅ 3+ years’ experience in demand planning or forecasting (FMCG or consumer goods ideal).
  • ✅ Strong analytical capability with proven forecasting and modelling experience.
  • ✅ Advanced Excel skills;
    Power BI and SAP experience essential.
  • ✅ Excellent communication skills with a commercial mindset.
  • ✅ Proactive and detail‑focused, with the confidence to challenge and influence.
