Our client is a dynamic global FMCG business with a portfolio of much-loved household name brands, combining heritage brand strength with entrepreneurial energy and a commitment to continuous learning and creating opportunities for its employees. With a new and ambitious growth plan, and team of blue-chip trained marketers, it is seeking an experienced, commercially-savvy BRAND MANAGER to take on an ambitious remit to drive two of its key brands in the UK market, in a competitive and busy category.

In this challenging role,
you'll own your brands on a day-to-day basis, with responsibility for the P&L, revenue and market share and the annual brand strategy. You'll develop and execute compelling integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating across functions to identify growth opportunities 📈 and use consumer & shopper insights to shape brand direction and activity.
- Leading development and delivery of the UK brand plan with clear commercial objectives
- Owning the brand P&L with accountability for ambitious market share and revenue targets
- Building a powerful innovation pipeline, with short and longer-term targets
- Driving cross-functional collaboration with sales, innovation, finance and supply chain teams
- Identifying business growth initiatives underpinned by consumer & shopper insight and market data
- Managing A&P, shopper and digital/social campaigns, working closely with agency partners
- Analysing data from sources including Nielsen and Kantar to monitor performance
- Presenting brand insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Minimum 3-5 years' robust UK brand management in FMCG or consumer health sector
- Proven track record of developing and delivering 360-degree campaigns across traditional and digital channels
- Robust academic background to degree level
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and consumer insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in digital marketing and on-line campaign management
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
