Key Responsibilities- Analyze organizational structures, workflows, and operational processes.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop strategic recommendations and implementation plans.
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and financial assessments.
- Advise senior management on business strategy and organizational change.
- Support change management initiatives and transformation projects.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Monitor implementation progress and measure performance outcomes.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Experience: Required
- Employment: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Salary: £36,000 – £53,000 yearly
