A global law firm is seeking a Business Development Manager, EMEA to drive BD and marketing strategy across the region. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on delivery, supporting offices across Europe and the Middle East and working closely with regional BD leads.

• Partner with senior lawyers to build go‑to‑market plans and shape regional BD initiatives.
• Lead legal directory submissions across all EMEA jurisdictions.
• Enhance partner visibility through social media and profile‑raising activity.
• Project‑manage pursuits and pitches, drafting compelling content and advising on bid strategy.
• Maintain and develop regional BD content libraries and opportunity pipelines.
• Support key client programmes, client plans and CRM best practice.
• Oversee CRM data quality, reporting and targeted campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with BD colleagues across APAC, LATAM, the US and the UK.

• 3+ years' experience in a similar BD role within a law firm.
• Strong BD and pursuit management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and project‑management capabilities.
• Experience working across international teams.
• Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes.
