, ensuring we hire high-performing operators across Sales, Partnerships, Creator Management, Marketing, and Revenue functions.

The Role

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner (Commercial / GTM) to own and scale hiring across Fanvue’s revenue-driving teams.

This is a high-ownership, delivery-focused recruiting role. You will partner directly with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Revenue leadership to hire exceptional commercial operators who directly impact GMV, creator acquisition, activation, and revenue growth.

This is not a coordination-heavy recruiter role. It is a full-cycle, sourcing-led, bar-raising position focused on speed, quality, and business impact.

What You’ll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruitment across GTM and Commercial roles including Sales, Account Executives, Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, Creator Managers, Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Customer Success
  • Proactively source high-performing commercial talent
    , using outbound, referrals, competitive mapping, and creative sourcing strategies
  • Assess candidates for commercial acumen
    , ownership mindset, negotiation ability, and revenue impact, not just CV keywords
  • Partner closely with Sales and Commercial leaders to define role scorecards, hiring priorities, and success metrics
  • Run structured, fast interview processes that prioritise quality and candidate experience
  • Maintain clean, reliable pipeline data and hiring metrics in the ATS
  • Share clear hiring insights including funnel health, close rates, market intelligence, and bottlenecks
  • Raise the bar on hiring standards as Fanvue scales its global GTM organisation
Who You Are
  • 3–6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments
  • Proven experience hiring commercial and revenue-generating roles such as Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, or Customer Success
  • Strong understanding of GTM functions, sales cycles, quota-carrying roles, and commercial performance indicators
  • Confident owning the full recruitment lifecycle including proactive sourcing and closing senior commercial talent
  • Strong hiring judgement, able to evaluate commercial capability, resilience, ownership, and execution ability
  • Data-aware and structured, using funnel metrics and pipeline quality to drive decisions
  • Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating without heavy process
  • Clear communicator who can pitch Fanvue’s mission, growth trajectory, and revenue opportunity convincingly
  • You enjoy hiring roles that directly impact revenue and company performance
  • You operate with autonomy and take full ownership of outcomes
  • You care deeply about hiring quality, speed, and commercial impact
  • You are comfortable pushing hiring managers on standards and calibration
  • You enjoy building repeatable hiring systems rather than reacting to reqs
  • You need heavy structure or constant direction
  • You are uncomfortable influencing senior commercial stakeholders
