The Senior Fixed Connectivity Portfolio manager is responsible for defining and delivering the product development roadmap across a diverse portfolio including LAN, WLAN, Broadband, DIA, IPVN, EWL, Ethernet, Cloud Connect and SDN – supporting Vodafone Business UK’s growth ambitions. The role is pivotal in launching new products, optimising existing ones, rationalising the portfolio and driving commercial success. It demands deep market understanding, relentless execution focus and evangelising the Fixed portfolio across the business.

• Strategy:
  Develop and own the product strategy for the Fixed connectivity portfolio, aligning with Vodafone Business UK’s goals, customer needs, market trends and technology landscape.
• Roadmap:
  
  Define and deliver the product roadmap across LAN, WLAN, Broadband, DIA, IPVN, EWL, Ethernet, Cloud Connect and SDN, managing associated capex and opex.
• Product Lifecycle:
  Lead end‑to‑end lifecycle management from innovation to launch to retirement, including operating models.
• Leadership:
  Lead a virtual team of commercial and operational functions, ensuring alignment with Sales.
• Commercial:
  Own the portfolio’s financial performance – revenue, margin, and customer adoption, optimising commercial outcomes.
• Streamline:
  Evangelise the portfolio, equipping commercial and sales teams with knowledge and tools, feeding insights back into the roadmap.
• Market:
  Continuously monitor market dynamics and customer feedback, using insights to evolve the portfolio and maintain a competitive edge.

• Significant experience as a product manager and product team leader.
• Excellent knowledge of fixed connectivity products: LAN, WLAN, Broadband, DIA, IPVN, EWL, Ethernet, Cloud Connect and SDN.
• Adept at understanding customer requirements and buying behaviours across different segments and industries.
• Experienced in setting vision, product strategy & commercial strategy for the entire portfolio, aligning to external market and internal capabilities.
• Ability to manage the full product lifecycle, driving investment and divestment decisions, owning and growing portfolio P&L.
• Understands the importance of an effective cross‑functional operating model and works across functions to deliver the customer and product north star.
