This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with nCino’s senior sales leadership and key sales teams across EMEA to drive the region’s most strategic opportunities. As part of the leading cloud banking platform, this role will operate at the intersection of value articulation, deal strategy and execution — partnering closely with sales to win and grow our most important accounts.
This role will work side-by-side with account teams on large, complex opportunities, developing defendable business cases and investment justifications. A key focus will be on helping customers understand how nCino’s platform can enable meaningful transformation and superior outcomes — and on making that happen. At the same time, this role is responsible for supporting EMEA sales leadership in identifying where to focus, how to remove barriers, and which actions are needed to deliver against revenue targets.
This is a highly visible role suited for someone who combines value engineering expertise with strategic thinking and a strong execution mindset, grounded in real-world experience working shoulder-to-shoulder with sales leaders and field teams to create momentum, clarity, and results.##

* Essential Functions:
*** ## Serve as a key partner supporting the development and execution of large, complex deals throughout the sales cycle but especially when approaching closing, co-owning critical next steps* ## Drive strategic account planning and market expansion by shaping enterprise sales strategies, identifying transformational opportunities across key verticals, and developing multi-year partnership roadmaps that influence organizational growth objectives* ## Establish thought leadership in sales strategy through compelling business case development, executive presentations to, and external industry engagement that positions nCino as the strategic transformation partner of choice* ## Partner with leadership and executives to define regional commercial strategy, establish revenue optimization frameworks, and lead transformational initiatives that drive fundamental improvements in market positioning and competitive advantage* ## Own advanced pipeline optimization and revenue forecasting across the region, developing sophisticated risk mitigation frameworks, upside identification methodologies, and predictive analytics that inform executive decision-making and organizational planning* ## Design innovative deal structures and negotiation frameworks that become organizational standards, training sales leadership on complex revenue optimization strategies while establishing pricing models that maximize win rates and customer lifetime value* ## Lead cross-functional initiatives on behalf of Sales Executive Leadership, orchestrating collaboration to unlock systematic growth and improve organizational execution capabilities* ## Build market intelligence and competitive strategy through analytics that inform product roadmap decisions, drive strategic partnerships with industry influencers, and deliver exceptional outcomes across the region## ##

* Minimum Requirements:
*** ## Undergraduate degree and 15+ years of professional related experience* ## Experience in enterprise sales strategy experience with demonstrated thought leadership in the industry* ## Proven track record of influencing $100M+ in annual revenue through strategic deal architecture and market expansion* ## Recognized expertise in financial services technology or adjacent industries* ## Executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and board members* ## Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with experience in market analysis and competitive intelligence* ## Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to present to executive audiences and industry forums
