️ Senior Operations Manager / Operations Lead

up to £60,000

Our client is an award winning, disruptive BCorp drinks business. Their products are well distributed in both Grocery and the On Trade as well as serving their customers Online. This role is the backbone of the business, you’ll play a central part in ensuring they have the right systems, partners, and processes in place to deliver a world-class customer.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead their end-to-end supply chain, from demand planning to fulfilment.
• Manage partnerships with co-packers, logistics providers, and 3PLs.
• Oversee operational budgets and identify efficiency gains.
• Implement tools and systems for improved reporting and team visibility.
• Ensure top-tier customer experience across all sales channels.
• Act as the main operational contact for key customers and partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What’s on Offer?

• Base Salary: up to £60,000
• Bonus: up to 20%
• EMI Share Options
• 28 Days Holiday + 8 Days Bank Holiday
• Hybrid Working 3-4x pw

Do you have the following to apply?

• 4+ years’ experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (FMCG a must with drinks preferred).
• Excellent grasp of co-packing, 3PLs, and retail logistics.
• Proven ability to scale operations and manage budgets.
• A problem-solving, detail-oriented mindset.
