We’re on the lookout for a commercially savvy Sales Leader with standout Amazon Seller (3P) experience to take the reins of an exciting, high-growth health & wellness brand

In this role, you’ll own and shape the commercial strategy across Amazon, leading a brilliant team of 8 and partnering closely with our creative, brand, and performance marketing teams to drive growth.

This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role—perfect for someone who loves getting stuck in. You’ll blend strategic thinking with day-to-day execution, diving into data, solving problems, and flexing between trading, creative campaigns, and long-term growth plans. What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning commercial performance across all Amazon channels, with a strong focus on Seller.
  • Driving sustainable sales growth and profitability—while keeping the brand one step ahead of the competition.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a cross-functional team spanning trading, performance media, and social commerce.
  • Collaborating closely with creative and brand teams to launch products and build campaigns that truly convert.
  • Bringing operational excellence to forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
  • Managing agency partners and marketplace relationships, while unlocking growth in emerging social channels.
  • Playing a key senior role within ecommerce—developing talent and championing collaboration across teams.

What we’re looking for:

  • A proven track record leading Amazon businesses, ideally with deep Seller (3P) experience.
  • A commercially sharp, data-driven mindset with a hands-on approach to decision-making.
  • Experience managing multi-SKU consumer brands, with confidence handling scale and complexity.
  • A collaborative, low-ego leader who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Someone equally comfortable setting commercial strategy and shaping creative campaigns alongside brand and design teams.
  • A passion for building, coaching, and growing high-performing teams.
  • An excellent communicator who can influence and engage stakeholders at senior levels.
  • A preference for in-office collaboration (hybrid working), bringing energy, pace, and alignment to the team.
